Improve Eating Habits And Get Healthier

  • Do you ever look back on your life and thought that "wow, I should have not eaten so much fast food?" I want to share a few ways to slowly get back in shape and get your body healthy again. Today people don't have the time to have a workout plan every week and don't have the time to make dinner for themselves so they just grab some fast food, I understand I did that to.

I want to first talk about ways to change your eating habits that will have an impact in the future.

Do any of these pictures look familiar? I guarantee that you have eaten at one of these locations once in your life. For the average American who eat fast food on a daily basis this section will benefit you!

I'm not here to tell you to stop eating fast food, we all know that it is quick and tasty. Here are a few ways to improve your health, lose some weight, and save some money.
  • When ordering fast food, check out the dollar menu. If you order a quarter pounder with cheese meal you will spend nearly 6 dollars.. Why don't you order a double cheeseburger, Medium fry, and a water. You will spend half the price of a meal and be as satisfied.
  • Don't drink soda! Has unhealthy amounts of sugar and 100's of calories. Switching to water will cut your calorie intake and make you healthier and feel better.
  • Try to eat less, don't buy the combo if you don't care about the fries or soda. Most items in fast food are a large serving per item. Work on ordering 1 or 2 items per meal.
  • Most places will have some kind of fruit smoothie, or fruit in general. Order that from time to time so your body can get some vitamins.
  • If you order the salad: Get fat free ranch and grilled chicken. This will cut your calories in half and still be delicious.

  1. Another very useful tip is to watch that McDonald's movie, where the dude eats Mcdonalds very 30 days straight and is as unhealthy and fat as you can get...I hardly ever eat out after that movie.

  2. Hi Drew. I found your blog through Facebook. Blogging is lots of fun. I agree with your post, I never order soda or the meals. All I usually want is the burger and the fries (but the fries never make it all the way home :)
